I think most everyone would agree with me that nothing compares with a handcrafted item. Handcrafted art carries a bit of the creator's heart in each piece.
My gallery contains some samples of my work, some of which were created for my own use from commercially-marketed patterns and some which are of my own design and are offered for sale.
Purchases may be made through my Shopping Cart by clicking on SHOP NOW or via E-commerce at TAAS-Gallery.com.

As with all handwork, some pieces are happy accidents, while others are created very deliberately and often take several attempts before they feel "right." Alot of time and effort goes into each piece. This isn't mass production; each piece is one-of-a-kind.
Some items may be made to order, taking a basic design and changing either the colors or components.
I work in a number of areas, including fused (or "warm") glass, mosaic glass, stained glass, wire-wrapping and beadwork. My fused glass line includes, but is not limited to, pendants, bracelets and hair barrettes. The quilts are handmade by my Mom and Dad and are exquisite--they do almost all of their quilting by hand, and they are perfectionists! Their quilts take many hours to make and, with proper care, will become a treasured heirloom. If you have a special pattern or colors in mind, contact me to discuss.
Thanks for viewing my website. You can see more of my work at The Appalachian Artisans Society Gallery in Old Fort, North Carolina (near Asheville) and at the Dahlonega Arts Council gift shop in Dahlonega, Georgia. I am proud to have these sponsors and can definitely recommend them if you are interested in procuring quality handcrafted items.
